Second Night Family-Friendly Seder

for a buffet-style dinner

Please note that this is not a certified Kosher Seder. All ingredients will be Passover friendly, and the meal is kosher-style, but not prepared in a certified kosher kitchen.

Matzo Ball Soup
Rich (chicken) Broth with Carrots and Celery and Plump Light Matzo Balls
(Vegetable broth available upon request. If vegan, please note the matzo balls are made with eggs.)

BUFFET DINNER
Old Fashioned Brisket Braised with Tomatoes, Carrots and Onions
Matzo Crusted Chicken Fingers with Ketchup and BBQ
Crispy Roasted Potatoes
Candied Carrots

DESSERT
Fresh Fruit Salad with Berries
Classic Macaroons Dipped in Chocolate and Plain
